These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the rvvip3 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use rvvip3. Age is verified through mandatory KYC documentation. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be permanently closed.
All accounts must complete identity verification using a valid Indonesian KTP or equivalent government-issued ID before withdrawals are processed. This protects all players and ensures platform integrity.
All transactions on rvvip3 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 15 minutes on average via local banks and e-wallets.
All promotional bonuses at rvvip3 carry a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonuses expire automatically.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. rvvip3 strictly prohibits underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the Account immediately pending KYC verification.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:
rvvip3 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request additional documentation to confirm compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within five (5) business days may result in Account suspension until compliance is confirmed.
Each Player may hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings derived from those Accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details. rvvip3 will not be liable for delays or failure to process transactions resulting from incorrect or outdated information held on your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rvvip3 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional protection. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you, and rvvip3 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take adequate precautions.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, rvvip3 requires all Players to complete identity verification. Accepted KYC documents include a valid Indonesian KTP (national identity card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. rvvip3 may also request proof of address and/or proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered JPEG or PDF format.
All financial transactions on rvvip3 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for KYC-verified Accounts. rvvip3 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Accepted payment methods:
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals submitted by KYC-verified Accounts are processed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. During scheduled bank maintenance windows (typically between 00:00– 01:00 WIB for most Indonesian banks), processing may take up to 60 minutes. rvvip3 will notify Players of any extended delays via the in-platform notification system.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the verified Account holder. rvvip3 does not permit third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to the registered Player will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger an Account review.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): rvvip3 maintains a strict AML policy. Deposits that are not followed by genuine gaming activity may be flagged for review. rvvip3 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any large or unusual transactions. Suspected money-laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the implicated Account will be permanently closed with all funds frozen pending investigation.

Palpable Errors: In the event that rvvip3 publishes incorrect odds or game-outcome data due to a manifest technical error, rvvip3 reserves the right to void any affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. rvvip3 will not be liable for any winnings calculated using erroneous odds or data.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude rvvip3's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under procedures notified to you at the time the dispute is escalated. The language of arbitration proceedings will be English. The seat of arbitration will be specified in the arbitration notice issued by rvvip3.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
